Applications of Positive Psychology in Work with Children

Positive Psychology is the study of the optimal functioning of people, of the factors that allow them to live fully and be happy. There is much evidence about the different elements that contribute to well-being. In this workshop there will be a brief review of findings on positivity and optimism, experiences of "flow" and strengths of character, and exercises in living together will be carried out to demonstrate how different exercises based on positive psychology can be used to cultivate and nourish well-being in children and families.
