How Can We Reduce Stress and be More Present and Connected in the Workplace and with Clients

The relationships in an organization, both among staff and between staff and beneficiaries, need to be based on trust, empathy and responsiveness; yet, the stressful nature of the work may cause burn-out and difficulty in creating this kind of connection. The workshop will draw on models and practices used in ontological coaching to increase our ability to connect and be fully present and engaged. We will look at the role of the body, language and emotions in building healthy work relationships and environments. We will also practice centering and other somatic exercises.
